Nicole is a beautiful, friendly, and extremely talented young designer I met at Style Week Providence in Rhode Island. Her pieces are fun, colorful, and totally wearable. Her summer 2012 collection is sure to be a hit.
Before you check out her new collection, here is a little bit about the designs:
“NicoleLebreux Original Apparel is a collection of women’s wear that has the environment and the female form in mind. Our garments are made locally in Bristol, Rhode Island and Fall River, Massachusetts by women who carry on the quickly disappearing tradition of apparel manufacturing in southeastern New England. The garments are made out of vintage, recycled, surplus and/or other environmentally friendly fabrics. Most of our fabrics are bold and vibrant to make you smile and feel empowered while our designs are made to fit your body, exactly how it is. We want our clothing to be comfortable and easy to wear, not something that you have to squeeze into and can’t wait to take off. So enjoy our creations and know that in doing so you are supporting the local economy, sustainability, and the handmade movement.” Click here for more details.
